BOCC Upward Basketball will be for K5-6th grade boys and girls. If you are interested in being a coach please indicate that on your registration brochure, or contact us by email. Here is a overall view of the 2011-12 league experience that your children will participate in:
Basketball Orientation/Evaluation- New for this year, there will be two dates that all basketball players will be able to learn basketball skills, scrimmage, get fitted for jerseys, meet some of the coaches. The orientation is split up into 3 times, please come on time and expect to stay the entire two hours to allow time for player scrimmages.

Evaluation Schedule:
K5-1 12:00pm-1:30pm
2-4th 1:30pm-3:00pm
5-6th 3:00pm-4:00pm
Practices- will be held for one hour during the week at the Dream Center. Practice schedule will differ slightly per coach but they will all consist of warm ups, skill development, a devotion period, and scrimmages.
Game Day- The main event, game days will be on Saturdays starting on . Expect game days to start with the K5-1st Grade games at 10:00 a.m. There will be a devotion period during each halftime that will highlight the same devotion that the children learn during practice.
Awards Celebration- This event is where all the participants will receive their end of the year awards and we can reflect on what a exiting year we had.
